Established in 1968 Datapro are one of the leading data entry bureaux in the UK. We process all work in the UK, not offshore, to avoid all of the problems associated with offshore data entry, but usually at a surprisingly similar end cost.

Work can be entered via our specialist data entry system or else directly into a tailored, interactive PC based database. Alternatively a link into your own systems can be established so that work can be entered directly as though our operators were sitting in your offices. We can return your batch work keyed either on to magnetic tape, diskette, cd or alternatively communicated to you via a range of upload methods to match the level of security required.
We can also combine data entry with document scanning and indexing. Hence documents can be keyed then scanned and the keyed data used to index the subsequent images - a very powerful tool for all sorts of applications.
Our charges vary according to turnaround and quality of data to be keyed; but whatever the unit price i.e. the price per 1,000 keystrokes, you only pay for work keyed. If you were to do the same work in-house you would have to pay for break periods, training time – when the time of another member of your staff is also involved – holidays and sickness.
You explain your requirements to Datapro once only; remember – in house temporary staff come and go, and each new recruit means the whole teaching procedure starts again!
