Bar Azita has recently been taken over by Nick & Julie Pike. They moved back to the UK in March 2007 with their 4 children, after living in the south of Spain for the last 5 years. They wanted to bring the laid back, Mediterranean style of eating fresh healthy food into their restaurant.
Nick works full time in the restaurant and enjoys being the host, making sure that his guests enjoy the food and ambience. His wife and daughters also assist making Bar Azita a real family business.
In the kitchen are Alberto, the Head Chef and Edi his Assistant. Alberto is something of an expert with the charcoal grill and never fails to produce excellent food of a consistently high standard.
