Knowles Warwick
AWARD WINNING DESIGN 2007
 
Overview
 
We were approached by Knowles Warwick’s communications agency to produce a fresh identity which would form part of an overall internal and external communications strategy. As a constantly developing business offering an extended range of services that stretches beyond traditional accountancy, Knowles Warwick were keen for this to be reflected in their identity.
 
The Brief
 
To create a clear, recognisable identity which would update the look of the
company at the same time as incorporating the four areas of the business and allowing for expansion as the company extended
its offering.
 
Results
 
Following liaison with the communications agency, we were able to present a range of colourful, distinctive logo identities which met the brief of flexibility and also steered away from typically staid ‘financial’ imagery. The logo shows movement but is simple in both shape and colour. We were able to use these colours in applying the identity across the range of Stationery in order that members of staff were distinct in their roles within the business, thus creating identity both internally as well as externally.
 
The panel for the ADA 2007 commented:
 
"This logo design stood out for its clean
and fresh concept. The effective use of typography complements the well constructed page layout with good
use of white space."
