School workshop costs.

One hour format.
For new schools we have developed a one hour roadshow style format repeated up to four times in the day. 90 pupils per session, 360 pupils max total for end assembly to showcase short examples of work produced by pupils.
£400 plus travel 40p per mile one lead poet. ( approx £1.40 per head)
Whole day formats.
Including one day workshop to times specified, support pack and administration. We bring our pat tested amplifiers and microphones, banners and poets.

You supply pupils, tables chairs, paper, pens, workspace, flipchart, teacher cover according to numbers and access to hot drinks for our poets.

Up to 70 pupils = 1 x lead poet  = £400 plus travel costs 40p per mile.

Up to 100 pupils = 1x lead artist plus one shadowing arts practitioner £550 plus mileage costs 40p per mile

Up to 120 pupils = 2x lead poets, £800 plus mileage 40p per mile.

No invoices are sent until we receive our satisfaction and evaluation report from you on the day.

6  - 10 Week Local Education Authority / Corporate packages from 5k – 12k.

L.E.A.’s such as Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Birmingham, Sandwell and Leicestershire have purchased packages from us which subsidised costs to schools and ran a regional final. Health authorities and city councils have also used our slam poetry package as a tool of engagement for projects focusing on ‘healthy eating’ or ‘anti racism’. This price includes project planning and administration, inset training, project delivery and evaluation.

Individual Schools Funding is often raised in schools from budgets such as literacy, enrichment, transition, library funds etc. A few schools we visit even raise funds from a charge to the pupils themselves. We are usually booked by heads of English, librarians, heads of drama, ks2 literacy consultants, Arts day programmers etc.
