Ok, so what happens?
Let's get the girls round for a night in. They can be friends, relatives, work colleagues or neighbours. That’s all you need to do. We bring the party to you!
Just sit back and relax, we pour the bubbly and it’s time for the session. We take you through your own personal ‘personality wheel’. This is an amazing technique and the results will blow your mind. In it we cover confidence, motivation, how to be more assertive, boost self esteem and affirm your identity. We’ve developed a set of techniques that show how you can easily change, or just improve any area of your life. It's like a 'manicure...for the mind' - you'll leave feeling polished, pampered and invigorated!
Delicious cup cakes are then served and we leave you to continue your night.
Maybe you would like to book another group session or one of our personalised one to ones…There’s an opportunity to do that after the session too. It is totally up to you. No obligation.
The sessions are guaranteed to be fun, informal and not in the least bit intimidating. They will put you on the path to a more fulfilled and happy life. Plus, because they are for ‘mums only’ there will be lots to laugh and chat about too. It's good to talk and share, with other mums!
You will not be asked to divulge any personal information to the group and all of our parties are completely confidential.
Hold your own Happy Mum At Home Party
• The host goes free.
• £25 per guest (min 4 guests, Max 10)
• The session will last 1 hour. Though how long you continue after is up to you.
• Each lady will receive a glass of chilled champagne, a home baked cup cake and goody bag.
• The time of the parties fit around you, your friends and your family. You decide when is best for you and we will be there.
