This is not designed to be an emergency service , so if you have a genuine emergency with your pet I would advise that you contact your usual vet or listen to my message and I will direct you to a surgery for veterinary attention. The vast majority of true veterinary emergencies require treatment at a practice so be prepared to take your pet there immediately if requested. If your pet requires further tests or treatment that is not able to be performed at home, I can arrange this for you if you are not already registered elsewhere.
