We have, throughout our long history, prided ourselves upon offering the best possible advice to clients who unfortunately, for whatever reason, have become embroiled in Court proceedings.
We act for clients in both Magistrates and Crown Courts and regularly represent some large well known organisations and individuals who put their faith in our expertise and with whom we have a long standing and effective working relationship.
We also engage in civil litigation and frequently find ourselves being asked to advise on contractual disputes, taking action to seek Judgments for various debts and thereafter taking steps to enforce that Judgment. We often find obtaining a Judgment is the relatively easy part, but our full and thorough service will assist with the rather more difficult issue of enforcement.
We also have a wealth of experience in negotiation, for which with the introduction of the Civil Procedure Rules several years ago now, there is an emphasis to achieve a negotiated settlement if at all possible.
