ABOUT HEADLEYS SOLICITORS

We have a long and proud history of helping to resolve our clients’ legal problems, since we first opened an office in Leicester back in 1928. Our Leicestershire heritage means that we have close ties to the area in which we work and we provide support to our clients from two offices – Hinckley and Lutterworth. We combine our historical values with a highly modern approach to legal practice and have the up-to-date understanding of the law that you have a right to expect, across a broad range of specialisms, for both businesses and individuals. We provide a personal service to all of our clients, in the hope that we can ease the stress that is often involved with issues that require the support of a solicitor, in whom you can place your trust.

Local to you
We have two offices, each based in the centre of their respective towns - Hinckley and Lutterworth, with ample client parking and access for people with disabilities.

Plain Speaking
When discussing complex legal matters with all of our clients, we do so in a friendly and informal fashion, without the use of confusing legal terms. Our aim is always to ensure that our clients receive a clear understanding of their options and the consequences of the same.

Service
We appreciate that legal matters can weigh heavily on the thoughts of our clients. It is precisely for this reason that we provide regular updates to keep clients informed about their case and we make every endeavour to return telephone calls, emails and letters the same day we receive them.

Open Charging
In our first meeting with every new client, we detail our charging structure and provide an estimate for our services, which we regularly update in order to assist in budgeting for the same. We only incur costs if we have the express authority of our clients to do so and we can happily take steps not to exceed an agreed costs limit without prior approval. Wherever possible we recover costs that are incurred, for instance in cases involving civil litigation, where the Courts have the power to award costs to successful claimants.
