After receiving Onsite Seated massage at a large company that I was being made redundant from,I realised first hand the benefits to both the company and myself.

I qualified as an Onsite Seated practitioner with The Academy of Onsite Massage.

I am also a qualified Reflexologist and trained in Reflexology and Anatomy and Physiology with the Raworth College in Dorking, gaining diplomas with both ITEC and Rayworth.

I then went on to Qualify as a Massage Therapist
