| CAMPING All Billing Aquadrome camping is sold out. Camping is still available on the adjacent Grange Farm which is a short walk across the river from the Aquadrome. Full toilet and shower facilites are provided in the camping area. All Billing Aquadrome pitches will be marked out - 7 x 10 metres - and must be pre-booked. Please don't turn up without a booking as there won't be any space for you.
Only camping booked directly with LRM or Grange Farm includes entry into the show. Anyone booking directly with Billing Aquadrome will have to pay the daily entry rate for access to the show.

SMALL PRINT A camping pitch allows: one tent or caravan + one vehicle + either 2 adults/3 children (5-13 years) or 3 adults. Any additional persons (including children aged between 5 and 13 years) must be paid for and all occupants of the pitch must be accommodated in the same tent or caravan. Children aged 14 years and over are charged as adults. Tickets will be issued to all individuals and entry will not be permitted without a ticket. All campers have unlimited access to the show throughout the weekend. Camping booked through Billing Aquadrome will not include entry into the show. Wristbands will be allocated and must be worn at all times. A ‘pup tent’ may be erected on the pitch during the day but must be taken down at night. Camping pitches are marked out 10m x 7m, you must ensure that your tent or caravan plus your vehicle and any other equipment will fit within those dimensions – if you need more space you must book an additional pitch. Caravans must be sited with the A-frame facing outwards. An additional vehicle must be paid for and must fit within the camping pitch, any vehicle failing to meet this requirement must be moved to a designated public parking area. Dogs are permitted and must be kept under control on a lead at all times (dangerous breeds are not permitted, including Rottweilers [see FAQ]). Day visitors will park in allocated parking areas and are not permitted to bring a vehicle into the show or camping areas. No trading is allowed in the camping areas. WARNING: Motor sport can be dangerous. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry. Strictly no refunds. It is a condition of your booking that you agree to the terms and conditions of Billing Aquadrome and the LRM Show organisers.
BILLING AQUADROME TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are general terms & conditions and may not all apply to the LRM Show.
1. The park is open for recreational and holiday purposes from 12 March to 4 November 2007. The Park Reception is attended throughout the year subject to reduced hours during the winter. Other amenities, facilities and entertainment will be available from time to time at the discretion of the management.
2. One Dog per Unit only must be kept under proper control and kept on a lead at all times on the park. Owners must clean up after their pets. The following breeds of dog are not permitted on the park at any time; American Pitbull, Japanese Akita, Wolfhound Hybrid, Japanese Tosa, Neapolitan Mastiff, Rottweiler, Dogo Argentino and Filo Brasiliero. No dogs or pets in our holiday homes.
3. Pedestrians are requested to use the designated footpaths and roadways where possible, but where pedestrian access though pitches is unavoidable, such use must always be exercised with due care and attention to the expectations of residents at all times.
4. Tents/Tourers may not be used by parties of young persons under 21 years of age, nor can groups of the same sex use any accommodation without the prior consent of the General Park Manager.
5. The quiet enjoyment of Tents, Tourers and bona fide guests within their designated pitch must be respected at all times.
6. No motor vehicles are to exceed the speed limit of 5 miles per hour and all drivers must observe all one way systems and directional signage at all times. All vehicles must be parked only in the designated parking areas provided and must display a valid road tax disc, have a current MOT certificate (where appropriate) and valid insurance cover. No vehicle is to be left unattended and permanently parked on the park. No learner drivers. Please be aware that all roads within Billing Aquadrome are subject to normal highway regulations.
7. No monkey bikes, quad bikes or go peds are allowed on the park without the express written permission of the General Park Manager.
8. No boats are permitted to be parked beside any Tent / Tourer at any time.
9. Repair and maintenance of any motor vehicle, boat or similar is not permitted anywhere on the park. No vehicle shall be used as sleeping accommodation.
10. Only standard size awnings, the size of the tourer, are to be erected.
11. No washing or rotary lines are permitted other than clothes airers which attach to the tourer windows. 12. All ball games are to be played only on the recreational areas provided and not amongst the tents and tourers. 13. The park is generally designated as “open plan”; therefore the areas between the tents and tourers must always be kept free and unhindered to allow access to the emergency services or other authorised personnel and park user. (Please also refer to Rules 3 and 5).
14. Windbreaks, gazebos and garden furniture may only be erected for use during daylight hours whilst the tent or tourer is occupied and must be removed on departure.
15. Registered owners remain responsible for any and all costs associated with the removal or disposal of their tent or tourer, which may result due to abandonment or at cessation of tenure for whatever reason.
16. Tent/Tourer owners are responsible for the general upkeep of their Tent/Tourer and the tidiness within a one meter perimeter area around the unit, ensuring the entire area underneath is kept clean and free of all stored and flammable materials at all times. The Management reserves the right to charge an additional fee for any maintenance required to bring any neglected pitches or units up to an acceptable standard.
17. Litter must be disposed of in the litter bins provided.
18. Tourer owners are not allowed to erect tents or similar unless paid for.
19. Tents/Tourers are meant to be used for recreational purposes only. No business can be operated from them. Arrival & departure times On your day of arrival your accommodation is available from 3.00pm. We are happy to welcome you at the park earlier where you can take advantage of the park facilities until your accommodation is ready for you. In order for us to prepare for our next guests we do ask that you vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on your day of departure. A refundable key deposit of £50 is requested upon arrival. Your key should be returned to reception to allow us to prepare for incoming guests.
Late arrivals If you expect to arrive after 6.00pm on the first day of your stay, please let the Park know so we can make arrangements for you to collect your keys. Unless the Central Reservations Department is previously notified, you must claim your accommodation by 8.00am on the day after your holiday was due to start, otherwise your booking will be treated as cancelled. We are here to help If you feel that you have any comments or complaints whilst on holiday, you should contact the park's reception during your stay so that we can try to resolve any problems as soon as possible. If, at the end of your holiday, you feel that we have not dealt with your complaint satisfactorily, please write to the General Manager at the Park at your earliest convenience or within 28 days of the end of your holiday.
Use of your holiday home Only those people listed on the booking can occupy your accommodation & use the facilities of the park. If this legal requirement is not met, your booking will be terminated & you will be asked to leave, with no refund made.
Cots & highchairs Cots are available for an extra charge. Please remember to bring your own cot linen. Highchairs are also available for an extra charge.
Children We provide a range of indoor & outdoor facilities for children. Please note that children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times. Single Sex Groups We are sorry that we cannot accept group bookings (3 or more) from single sex groups. We reserve the right to apply discretion in certain circumstances.
Electrical equipment/appliances Only the electrical equipment & appliances supplied by the company within the accommodation are to be used. For your safety & the safety of others & to prevent a potential fire risk the use of electrical equipment & other appliances including HiFi’s, DVD players or any other electrical equipment & other appliances requiring a mains voltage is not permitted.
Damage to property If you are charged for any loss or damage to the lodge, you authorise Pure Leisure Group to use your debit/credit card details, of which you have disclosed to obtain payment, up to a maximum of £1,000.
Unreasonable behaviour For the convenience of our guests, we reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons named on the booking or their guests may impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests.
Availability of facilities In some circumstances accommodation, or a facility may be temporarily withdrawn due to maintenance, renovation, adverse weather conditions or any other factor outside our control. We reserve the right to make such alterations in the above circumstances without prior notice, & are unable to pay compensation for any inconvenience caused. Certain facilities are subject to an additional cost. Please note off peak facilities may be reduced or restricted.
Brochure activity The Company shall use its best endeavours to ensure the availability of all amenities advertised in the brochure or elsewhere. All information, pictures and descriptions published have been compiled from up-to-date and accurate information available at the time of going to press. It is published in good faith.
Special offers Special offers can only be honoured if mentioned at the time of booking. Cancellation protection plan For cancellation cover to be valid an appropriate fee of £16 per lodge per week or part week must be paid at the time of initial booking. The available funds of the scheme will absolve you from any outstanding liability and ensure the return of all monies paid (excluding the cancellation protection fee) if you have to cancel in advance due to illness, accident, death or maternity of any member of your party, or jury service or unemployment by redundancy, of the person who made the booking. In the event of a cancellation please advise in writing as soon as possible. Satisfactory evidence of the genuineness of the claim is, of course, required (see conditions 4). Moving holiday dates or refunds will not be considered unless cancellation protection has been paid. The company reserves the right to charge up to £10 for each amendment to your booking. Conditions of booking The following terms & conditions (the 'booking conditions') will apply to your booking. A contract between you and Pure Leisure Group will come into existence either (i) when we accept your booking & deposit payment by issuing written confirmation of your booking or (ii) if you have made your booking by telephone when we tell you on the telephone that your booking is confirmed. The contract binds you and all members of your party to accept the terms of the contract set out in these terms & conditions of booking. Failure to disclose all relevant information or comply with these terms may lead to termination of the contract & loss of the booking. Deposits Your agreed deposit is payable at the time of booking. Bookings made less than four weeks before your arrival date must be accompanied by the full amount of the holiday charge. Where the booking is made less than 14 days before the beginning of your holiday, full payment must be made by credit or debit card at the time of the booking.
Balance of payment A statement showing the balance outstanding will be sent to you on receipt of your deposit. The balance must be paid so as to arrive no later than 4 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. Please keep your final confirmation safe as you must present this on arrival at your Holiday Park. If the balance is not received by the due date then your holiday will be treated as a cancellation. For security reasons please do not send cash by post. Payments can be made by cheque or postal order, made payable to Billing Aquadrome & sent to the address at the top of your letter. Alternatively, MasterCard, Visa, Debit/Credit cards may be used at the time of the booking.
Changes to your booking After you have paid your deposit you may wish to change some elements of your holiday, e.g. type of accommodation. We will try to meet your request, however, a charge of £10 per alteration to the holiday will be payable. Any changes must be at least 4 weeks before the holiday date, & be confirmed to us in writing/by telephone by the same person who made the booking.
Limitation of liability We accept responsibility for those arrangements of your holiday which are within our control, but we cannot accept liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any other member of your party, unless there was wilful default by us, our employees or agents, or death or personal injury was caused by the negligence of Pure Leisure Group, our employees or agents. Booking conditions The person making the booking agrees to accept the park rules and booking conditions on behalf of all members of the party 1. Bookings are accepted only for the party named and are not transferable. 2. Bookings are only accepted from family groups and couples. 3. The cost of the lodge less the deposit paid is due for payment 28 days before commencement of the holiday. If the balance is not paid by the due date we reserve the right to reallocate the accommodation. 4. In the event of cancellation by the Client, the Client remains liable for full payment. We regret that we are unable to alter the dates of the bookings. Clients are therefore advised to take out Cancellation protection at the time of the booking. 5. In the event of curtailment, refunds cannot be made for any unused nights. 6. Clients hiring a lodge are responsible for cleanliness of the lodge interior and all breakages. 7. Billing Aquadrome is absolved from all liability for accidents to customers and their guests from any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property. 8. Billing Aquadrome reserve the right to cancel or terminate a holiday booked where the guest has failed to disclose all material facts as required at the time of the booking. We may also require any person not observing the Park Rules or creating a nuisance to leave the park. In these circumstances Pure Leisure Group shall not be under any liability to the persons involved and shall be discharged from further performance of its obligation. Any refunds given will be at our discretion. 9. While Billing Aquadrome will normally use their best endeavours to satisfy clients’ requirements we do, at our discretion, reserve the right at any time to withdraw any advertised services and to cancel any bookings made for clients or make alteration to their arrangements in which event no liability in respect of such cancellations or changes shall fall upon Billing Aquadrome save only that we shall refund clients the monies paid by them in respect of bookings so cancelled and will normally use our best endeavours to offer the client an alternative. 10. We reserve the right to withdraw or otherwise amend any special offers or discounts at our discretion. Data protection policy statement Billing Aquadrome will hold information provided by you to us in connection with your booking(s). It will be used in connection with your booking & for marketing purposes. Billing Aquadrome & its affiliated companies may use the information to provide you with details of their full range of services & products.
