The process includes the delivery of plastic injection mouldings and product assemblies for clients who expect only the highest standards of quality.
Barkley Plastics has a range of over 40 moulding presses from 22 tonne to 520 tonne, which can operate 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Utilising the very latest robotic technologies, Barkley Plastics can offer 2 shot moulding, gas injection and ultrasonic welding.
The Barkley Plastics manufacturing plant delivers over 80 million moulded components each year, utilising over 300 different base materials.
Components and assemblies manufactured include:
