All our people are CRB vetted, SIA licensed and have at least one years' relevant experience before we hire them. We recruit relevant specialists for key technologies. What’s more, we also recruit through armed forces resettlement programme, so you get people used to working and thinking in the ‘right’ way.

Once we’ve got them, they go through our rigorous 4-week training programme that includes detailed instruction on fire and first aid. This means you get skilled people with the right experience and attitude to protect you, completely.

All of our staff are trained to be meticulous in their duties. We will ensure that our clients’ values and integrity are upheld through the effective and professional conduct of our staff at all times.
